Try [ctrl] + [alt] + [del]

If that doesn't work,  go to DOS and type FORMAT B:\

The spring under the 'B' key on your keyboard is stuck; just buy a new one.

What's actually buzzing is a crack in your pick guard; the frequency of a b, specifically 7th-fret-on-your-low-e-string, is what sets it off. Buy a new pick guard; you need one anyway.

A bee's buzz is caused by its flapping its wings 250 times a second. Put some wax on their back, or brush out the wings with a honeycomb. This should slow your bee's speed down enough to still fly, but much more quietly
